BizzyCar will monitor your vehicle identification number (VIN) for vehicle recall alerts shared by your vehicle manufacturer and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. BizzyCar monitoring does not replace any legal or safety requirements for vehicle manufacturers to contact you by mail or electronically of recalls on your vehicle.
BizzyCar will send you text messages powered by generative AI when a remedy repair and part is available for your vehicle recall.
BizzyCar maintains a network of vehicle dealerships that they recommend for servicing your recall repair. BizzyCar may receive monetary compensation from dealerships in their network who repair your vehicle recall.
BizzyCar uses technology to match you with a dealer based on location relative to your zip code and appointment availability. These dealers may be part of the BizzyCar dealer network. You have the right to suggest and use a dealership outside of the BizzyCar preferred dealer network to schedule and service your recall.
When you choose to schedule an appointment, BizzyCar will send your name, phone number, vehicle identification number (VIN), and zip code to the preferred dealership that you choose to schedule service with for your recall repair.
BizzyCar will receive repair order status information from your vehicle manufacturer or dealership once your vehicle recall has been repaired. BizzyCar can share your repair order status with affiliated parties.
